Stress Less by Steph on Monday evenings is the perfect way to take time to clear the mind, refresh, and reassess your reactions.

At completion of each session I found I had a more open mind so as to consider all my further actions.

The Construction industry can be an aggressive and directive industry, littered with confrontation, psychological and human management issues. 

Stress Less with Steph relieves that built up tension and mental state, to allow a more rounded consideration of both people and issue management.

After each session the over analysed thoughts of that day are lightly lifted and reassessed, the knotted stress in my body as a result is lifted & my mind + body seem to have re-aligned, cleared & found a balance, leaving each session with a clear and calm mind.

The sleeps are unbelievable !

Practising a hybrid meditation/yoga class with Steph on Monday evenings is the perfect way to both end the day & start the new week. Working at a computer all day & carrying a bub in the tummy brings weight & strain to various parts of the body. After the 60 minutes of stretching, focused breath & guided meditation - the weight feels lifted & my mind and body seem to have re-aligned & found balance. I cherish these classes with Steph & look forward to them every week! The cherry on top are the playlists ... always amazing tunes!

For the past few months our company has introduced a weekly yoga/mindfulness session as part of our staff wellness drive. We have all had great fun with Steph leading and guiding us through a combination of yoga exercise and breathing/relaxation techniques. After a session you feel absolutely at peace with the world and totally relaxed. She has taught us how to destress using our bodies and minds and given us the tools to use the techniques ourselves. I highly recommend Steph, she is an excellent teacher.

I just completed Steph’s “Stress Management 101” course and it was magical.

Her delivery, knowledge and the content was fabulous.

From someone who’s recently been very ill and never been able to meditate, her soothing tones and calming demeanour sent me to a heavenly place each session, and the skills she taught me have helped me immensely.
