For the past few months our company has introduced a weekly yoga/mindfulness session as part of our staff wellness drive. We have all had great fun with Steph leading and guiding us through a combination of yoga exercise and breathing/relaxation techniques. After a session you feel absolutely at peace with the world and totally relaxed. She has taught us how to destress using our bodies and minds and given us the tools to use the techniques ourselves. I highly recommend Steph, she is an excellent teacher.
