Practising a hybrid meditation/yoga class with Steph on Monday evenings is the perfect way to both end the day & start the new week. Working at a computer all day & carrying a bub in the tummy brings weight & strain to various parts of the body. After the 60 minutes of stretching, focused breath & guided meditation - the weight feels lifted & my mind and body seem to have re-aligned & found balance. I cherish these classes with Steph & look forward to them every week! The cherry on top are the playlists ... always amazing tunes!
