Studio Classes

Monday 12.15pm REstorative

A very calming, gentle and soothing form of yoga focused on relaxing your body in restful positions, giving you the opportunity to renew and heal. Each posture is practiced for an extended period of time with blankets and bolsters. The equipment used provides softness and support allowing your body to release tension and rejuvenate.



tuesday 6.15pm ISHTA Sweat and samadhi

This class is perfect for the Type A student who struggles with finding stillness. Designed by Yogairaj Sarah Platt-Finger, the class begins with a strong asana practice to burn out the impurities trapped in the physical body, followed by a series of restorative postures to calm the nervous system. A brief meditation at the close will lead you back to your source of pure potential, or Samadhi, which is the true state of yoga.

Are your deadlines as tight as your shoulders? TY & Fly is a class designed by Tamara Yoga especially for the time poor. Get all the benefits of Yoga, everything you need, within a 45 minute session.



saturday 7am All levels vinyasa

All Levels Vinyasa classes involve flowing series of postures to help you build strength, flexibility and inner peace. Modifications are offered if you are a beginner and challenging variations are available for advanced students. You are encouraged and taught how to personalise your practice in our well rounded, welcoming classes.
