Stephanie was introduced to Yoga at 16 by her Mum. She is a 500hr ISHTA Tamara Yoga teacher, having studied with Tamara Graham for 16 years. She has sine gone on to study and train with Kavi Yogiraj Alan Finger, Yogiraj Sarah-Platt Finger (Deepak Chopra personal yoga teacher),Yogiraj Mona Anand (partner and co-owner of ISHTA Yoga) as well as Yogiraj Ulrica Norberg. The implementation of these ancient teachings, she believes, leads to a happy and fulfilling life.

In 2016, whilst acting as Managing Partner for an International wellness hotel chain, Stephanie experienced severe burn-out which resulted in a two year episode of depression and anxiety . This saw her out of pocket and out of work. Entering the darkest parts of her mind she emerged from the crisis with a different view on how we can build resilience and mood to thrive through and under stress.

She is motivated by helping individuals adapt better to uncertainty and ambiguity by adopting the ancient teachings of Yoga and meditation to increase our general wellbeing and performance.

Stephanie Johnson is the previous Managing Partner of an International Wellness Hotel chain and a 500hr ISHTA Yoga and meditation teacher, specialising in Yoga Psychology and Yoga for PTSD.
